Took an hour to get our order. We stood there for 40 minutes and they kept asking for our name and would tell us it will be right up. The lost the ticket and had to reprint it. Wish I could give 0 stars
I had a great experience here. The sandwich was delicious, super fresh, and very clean inside. The employees were kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!!
Did an online order for curbside pick up. Waited for 8minutes before having to go inside because no one was coming out. Ordered a veggie sandwich and jalapeño chips. They gave me regular chips and my sandwich was missing the avocado spread and tomatoes. Super disappointed
Was that the vet and ordered some food as my dog was being put under for a procedure. The dog was ready before the Jimmy John's sandwich I had to call the restaurant and they told me another 10 to 15 minutes. I have my doubts it's toasted still after an after all this time I have yet to receive my food so typing a bit hangry. Also submit your own complaint to Facebook
Too expensive and I don't want to hear nothing about we bake our own bread
