More like freaky slow. Staff too busy chit chatting and no sense or urgency to get orders completed. Place also needs to be cleaned as pretty much every booth with crumbs, food, etc in seats and floors
Absolutely terrible location. My coworker and I ordered here through DoorDash and not only did they forget her drink but I ordered the Beach Club and they forgot the turkey, cheese, and avocado on it. Leaving me with a tomato, lettuce, cucumber and mayonnaise sandwich.
Delivery is never on time, in fact takes over an hour. they mark the order delivered to back there time but the order doesnt show up for 30 mins or so later. When you call in, they are disrespectful and have no customer service skills at all. The place use to be good but for about a year now jimmy johns is a complete joke!
I ordered from here through Uber Eats. My chicken Cesar wrap had NO chicken, my salt and vinegar chips were jalapeño chips. I had to make my own drink eventhough it was a pick up order. I called to let them know and they said they can't help me because it's an Uber Eats order but I would get a refund. I don't want a refund, I ordered food because I'm hungry. This will be my last visit to this location.
