Terrible service, ordered to go and was immediately prompted to leave a tip which I declined, I'm ordering to go, hello! Then I was given my sandwiches with no bag just placed on the counter and when I asked for bag he literally just handed me a bag with an attitude. And you wanted a tip??? C'mon Jimmy John's you can do better than that. I don't come here often but this certainly makes me not want to come back.
Ordered delivery, order said delivered The delivery wasn’t there I called the store immediately and they said it was delivered on a bench We don’t have a bench I was told to call tomorrow to get another meal. I said no thank you, I’d like a refund They told me their computers were already off. No empathy whatsoever I hung up because I knew this was going nowhere and they were more concerned with going home, than their own mistake. This is not over.
