Always miss one sandwich or forget something With r online orders. And The Manager Didn't do much to help. So we just asked for a full Refund. And they say they check everything and mark it off , but we're always missing at least one item or something is just not in there. Only good thing is they get some of the order, right. Freaky fast but my order is always wrong.
If your hours say you’re open until 9pm, don’t treat people like shit if they show up at 8:50 to order food. Do your job.
We walked in and employees are yelling at each other. One lady, seemed like the manager, was complaining about her job and yelling at her employees and being incredibly rude. When my husband asked for a bag for our sandwiches she yelled “They’re RIGHT THERE” so he had to reach over counter and grab it instead of her bagging it for us. She continued to yell at everyone saying how much she has been working. I get having a bad day but holy crap! Terrible example of your company.
