Got my sandwhich wrong twice. First it had cheese when I ordered no cheese, and was missing the hot peppers. Then they forgot the tomatoes somehow even though they were on the original. They then proceeded to try to have me hand over the sandwhich I already took a bite out of so they could put it back on their make line and add the tomatoes. Its fast food ... no atmosphere lol. I was promptly waited on. Customized my order. It was made quickly and perfect. I appreciate it.
