Weekday dine-in lunch stop for three people. The shop was clean, and overhead music wasn't as loud as many other JJ's locations we've visitec. Order Taker Alex was friendly & efficient. Prices are competitive for the volume & quality of their sandwiches. We would return to this Jimmy John's location.
I ordered a #9 and it came with no meat or cheese (just bread, lettuce, onions, tomato, mayo). I went back to the restaurant and told them and received no apology. The girl just grabbed it from me and told the guy to remake the sandwich and handed it to me with an attitude. Did not offer me anything for my inconvenience or tell me to have a nice day, nothing.
