Kickin ranch chicken wrap was great Fast service Order correct
Second time I've been there recently. Busy location and service is VERY slow. Took 23 minutes from when I ordered to get my food last time, I'm over 15 minutes today and still waiting. Isn't speed supposedly the calling card of this franchise? Not this location.
This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have ever dealt with. Food is rarely right if it is right its slopped together with ridiculous amounts of mayo that its leaking through the wrapper. I don't recommend this store to anyone because they just can't get it right.
Terrible service. Slow and the "kids " working here are too busy on their phone to bother with taking orders. Horrible attitude. Then having to repeat myself of the order several times to the employee because she got lost in her tik Tok vibe and couldn't remember or read the order. Too bad Jimmy John's has employees like this to give them a bad reputation. I'll choose a different facility to go to next time. The location next to Cincinnati hospital.
Went across the street to grab a sandwich while visiting someone at the hospital. I walked in and the place looked disgusting. Empty boxes everywhere including on the three sit down tables they have. Doesn’t look clean, waited like 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Food tasted good though but I think I’ll just go to my normal spot than this one. Won’t visit again.
