Placed a large in store order… waited for over 50 minutes while people that came in behind us had their ordered made. I was told that this is “corporate” policy…. It’s horrible business practice imo

My first time trying Jimmy John's and the sandwich was huge I cant wait to eat there again 😋
2 employees, 11 customers. 1 employee was mopping the floor the whole time... never helped make food. The other guy was on a video call the whole time with a girlfriend... then made the orders out of line. Got the lady that walked in last her order first... Tried to tell us he couldn't unwich a sandwich when the sign says unwich all subs...
