Jimmy johns of Burleson on Wilshire Blvd deserves 0 stars. The manager Laura is rude and disrespectful. She wants their employees to work off the clock and makes them, who have school work everyday with no days off. She is cruel and I will never want or allow anyone to waste their time at that terrible place. Also she doesn't know how to do business and should think twice before opening a business she doesn't even know how to run.
Well I was gonna order from here for my son at school, but given these reviews and my previous experience at the other jimmy johns off 35 and everman parkway... I think I'll pass. Jimmy johns, customer service and employee etiquette are important factors in gaining and keeping customers. Maybe I'll try on a day that I have time and patience hopefully you will have your grove down by then.
Excellent service and quick delivery. The delivery employees could use a lesson on how to count money though.
We ordered three sub's and three Coke online. Coke tasted off..One of the sub's had no meat and the other one had no vegi..Third sub was OK.. I called the store and they said they would remake the subs and get them out to us. Its been 45 min. Still waiting.
I went there the other day with my twin 3 year olds. There were entirely too many people standing around behind the counter and noone cleaning off the tables. The girl taking my order was not helpful at all. Since there were no children's menu, I ordered a slim ham and cheese for the kids to split. I asked them to put mayo on it for them and the girl making the sandwhiches rudely told me that they couldn't do that. The mayo was right there where I could see it! Not impressed 45 min to get a delivery only 5 blocks away and my order was wrong call the store and the manager said for me to bring the sandwich back in to fix my order never saw or spoke to the manager so if you get delivery be prepared to drive to the store to get your correct order I will not be calling the again
