I enjoy jimmy johns but the sub I got from this location just was not good the bread was so hard I could not eat it. I took everything off the bread and had to eat it it that way. I will go back to supporting another location

Placed an order at 8 through the app, they informed me that they’d already turned off the toaster, didn’t have bread and any other excuse to not make the order. I would understand if I was calling 5 minutes before close. But an hour..? Whoever is running this place should be livid that their employees are throwing away money. Also, turn your mobile service off if you’re not going to accept orders. Now I have to wait 5 days to get my money back for a sandwich I never got. Go anywhere else but here
