Hello. I would like to share I had a fantastic experience with this young man. He expressed every quality you want in customer service. He served my #8 billy club with a smile and I could tell he made it with love and hard work! Nice job jimmy keep hiring people like him! I think his name was Joe, this was a couple days ago. I’m writing this because I was just thinking of him and it brought a smile to my face (mostly the delicious Billy club).
Came through the drive through and Gavin was so sweet and was so kind to us after it was very obvious my friend and I had both been crying excellent customer service
The toasted sandwich was tasty. I ordered online and specifically indicated NOT to leave the order at the front door. Review of doorbell camera shows the driver barely knocked on the door, definitely didn't ring the doorbell. Food was left outside for 25 minutes before I realized it was there. No phone notification either. Sandwich was cold and lemonade was warm. I wish I could change the tip I added to the order!
