I went with some of my family who eat here regularly. It was my first time, and I ordered the "Hunter," which was an 8" sandwich. It had roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, cheese. The bread was a kind of a crusty hoagie type bread. It was quite good. I would go again.
They helped me out and made a great sandwich last minute when DoorDash failed me!
My unwich was made correctly and they even wrapped the lettuce nicely instead of piecing it together like they do at some locations. I appreciate the "Unwich" option, although I do wish they had more vegetable toppings. JJ's is nothing special, but it's convenient at times.
This location definitely deserves 5 stars and I'd give 6 if I could! I also think it's important to mention that Kenai is such an incredible employee and makes my day every time I stop by! This location is near my job so I visit most days of the work week and I am always so delighted to see the friendly faces. Can't express my appreciation enough for the excellent work and of course, the amazing sandwiches.
