I will not be eating ordered a couple sandwiches for dinner they told us that they were busy so they sent it out with Uber eats never got the food called Jimmy John's back and they're like I'm sorry we really can't do anything but we can give you a refund but we're like can you remake the sandwiches and they told us no that is a bunch of bullcrap they need to stop using Uber eats use their own delivery drivers don't use Uber eats

Ordered delivery and didn’t get them for 50 minutes. I understand that places can get busy but we ordered the new toasted sandwiches and they were cold and soggy by the time we got them.. usually good if you go to the restaurant but the delivery has been very subpar lately.
I love coming to this Jimmy John’s- the staff is always so friendly. Unfortunately I’m a little bummed because the last two times I’ve been missing items from my order. I always get my sandwich which I’m stoked about.. but still annoyed I don’t get all the items that I paid for. My fault for not checking the bag before I get home.
