This is the best Jimmy Johns in Logan! The customer service I received today was exceptional. I usually go to the North Logan store, but I had a family gathering across town. I went through the drive thru and Holly was very helpful! I had a few questions about how the rewards program worked and she explained it all to me. She also had my sandwich all ready for me the second I got to the window! I’ve never been in and out of a drive thru that fast. If you want a quick lunch, this is the place to go!
I had the best time at this jimmy Johns. Especially because of the amazing customer service. Hailey was delightful, and always had a smile on her face. I will definitely be coming back soon
I pre ordered 30 pieces ($77) for my daughter’s birthday. I placed the order two days before my daughter birthday. On the day I got the message from my phone that my order is ready for pick up which was 12:17 pm ( I request 12:15 pm ) . When I walked in and ask for my order they said it is about ready … 15 minutes pass by .. I went to ask about my order and they said they are almost ready. I walked out there at 12:50 with my order. I count there were like 7 orders they placed orders at site and they got their food before me.... read more
