I went in today thinking I had ordered food from the app for this location, when in fact I did not. This is the second time the app has messed up in two days. That’s not anyone’s fault in this store. That being said the lady behind the counter said she would call poydras and cancel the order for me and then went straight into making a new order for me. Very quick and friendly. That was soooo nice of y’all thank you!!!
Very clean location with fresh food. Queen and Gabby were very patient and understood my complicated order.
Good Good and service
Unfortunately I did not get a sandwich due to the unacceptable customer service at this location. I stopped in at roughly 1pm on a Sunday and was refused service by the very rude associate behind the counter because “they already had sandwiches to make” so they refused to take any more orders. There was a group of 5-6 kids and 4-5 adults waiting for sandwiches, with 3 associated behind the counter.
We ordered through App. We ordered chicken bacon ranch and beach club. They were both inedible. The bread was gross, , the tomatoes and lettuce were old. Such a waste of money. Very disappointing. The fountain drinks were delicious. We took it to go, had we ate there I would have returned it at the counter. Never again. Jersey Mike’s is much better.
