Order #7 spicy Italian, Xtra mayo, large unsweetened tea/ lemonade. Specifically I ask to have a sandwich cut in half. Why is it that thru can't follow simple instructions. Repeat what I asked back to me and still screw my order up. Where are my peppers . My sandwich was just meat n mayo. This used to be a good JJ, but gonna have to find another 1. I guess I'm going back to Austin Hwy to get my sandwich. Thanks Julian

I'd give this place 9 out of 5. The food is super good. The speed is faster than expected. The people are really nice and respectful. They're so good I go atleast 3 times a week. Best overall fast food place in my area easily

Great sandwiches and always fast and friendly. The Toasted Roast Beef & Cheddar is absolutely delicious with excellent horseradish.

"I am writing to commend Assistant Manager Julian Hernandez at Jimmy John's for his exceptional professionalism. I witnessed him handle a very difficult situation with a rude and disrespectful customer – who happened to be my parent – with incredible patience and respect. I was appalled by my parent's behavior, which stemmed from being told there would be a wait due to catering orders. I called the store to apologize to Julian, and he was incredibly gracious.
