I know I ordered a mini, but this is the size of a breadstick. Definitely not worth the money.
I ordered a spicy Italian and received a regular Italian. When I inquired to customer support they said I can only get a credit or coupon if I sign up for their loyalty program! What good is asking customers to be loyal without providing the correct sandwich in the first place? And then using garbage AI as the customer support, ridiculous. They used to have the saying "freak fast" now it is "slothly slow". The sandwich was good.
