Love how fast they are but not that they they mean at 11am only because at my job we start taking lunches at 1030 so that the only bummer 😕

Honestly this place was much better than I expected. All ingredients were fresh and tasted delicious 😋 pick up was fast and easy. Will definitely be back!
Call the store before ordering delivery to see if anyone is working making deliveries. They pawned my order off to Uber Eats and had someone bring a cold sandwich order via BICYCLE. The store should have the courtesy to call before starting the order when they don’t have their OWN workers making delivery. Now I get to eat a hot lettuce wrapped meat sandwich.
Ordered delivery and they used Uber as a 3rd party for the delivery. Never received my order and when I called Jimmy John's, they just told me to reach out to Uber even though it is their responsibility to ensure the delivery.
