This store is woefully understaffed. To have one person working a sandwich line at lunch on a Saturday in midtown Manhattan is absurd. Hire more people, be less cheap.
Extremely slow service.
Amazing service. I would give more stars if I could. The store manager Ahmed went above and beyond to help me out with a catering order in a pinch. Thank you!
