Every time I go here, my sandwich is always wrong. Today's sandwich contains plastic. Glad I didn't choke. I don't see this added to my list of ingredients.
Staff is always friendly and the service is fast
This location is so terrible. It's unbelievable. In the past six months I've been refunded twice and I used to work at Jimmy John's. Their bread- terrible. They just delivered my sandwich with a gigantic gash in the middle of the top of the bread where if I picked it up, everything fell out of it. Then I opened the sandwich and I requested leave the bread in with extra mayonnaise. They took the bread out and there was no mayonnaise in it. They need a new manager at this location. Kind employees so that’s what got the 3 stars. But sandwich is totally lacking the turkey, cheese, vinegar and onions I ordered. I got half of a piece of turkey and half a slice of cheese and zero onions.
