I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a sandwich and BBQ chips for pickup. I found out they forgot to put my chips in the bag after I got home. The restaurant was completely empty when I walked in, so I was surprised that they forgot my chips. Also, my order was the only one on the shelf. Pretty pathetic they can't get one order correct. Rude, disrespectful, not fresh or tasty at all. Very disappointed.
Like others, I have stupidly given this place several chances and I continue to be disappointed. At this point, I blame owndership/management. It seems they cannot figure out how to adequately staff this location and continue to ask too much of the few team members on shift leading to delays and poor product quality. It is disappointing after the many poor reviews that nothing has changed. Feel free to take your chance, it's just a sandwich after all.
Terrible staff, terrible food, lousy attitudes, this location keeps going downhill. Save your money and just go somewhere else.
JJ in Orland Park is the worse. They have incompetent kids working there. Can’t get an order straight. They put you on hold for 10 minutes or don’t answer the phone. It’s not worth their generic GMO food. They get an F-
