This is the slowest jimmy johns I’ve ever been! Over 40mins to make a sandwich.
This is stupidly my third time giving this location a chance and once again... My food was prepared terribly. I pay extra to have something added and of course that doesn't get done and I just wasted my money. This location needs to be checked out for freshness given that me and my fiance both nearly threw up after taking a bite of our sandwiches. I love jimmy johns but I will no longer be a patron of this location and I advice others to look elsewhere as well at this point.
I frequently visit the surrounding area, and the Starbucks right next door (who have amazing customer service btw). I decided to try out this location today. They were empty, and staff standing stagnant so I decided it was the perfect time to try. I really wish I hadn’t! Entering, I cheerful said “Hello!” To which I was met with silence and blank stares.
