I placed an order on my app however I was disappointed that my sandwich was pretty flat did not have much on it. I also asked for extra pickles and I barely had any pickles on my sandwich. I also asked for no onions and they put onions on it. I normally love Jimmy John's but today was not their best.
Staff was super nice, but… I have never been inside of a Jimmy John’s as long as I was here waiting on my food. And that includes the 1:30 in the morning, bar closing college rush at the original location in Charleston.
Delivery sucks now that they are using Uber Eats/Grub Hub/Door Dash, and their prices have gone up because of it. I've been waiting for an hour to get a couple of sandwiches delivered 1 mile. When the owner actually paid delivery drivers it would arrive in 10 minutes. I used to order from these guys all the time. This is the last time.
