Went into Jimmy John’s at 8:30pm for a takeout order even though they don’t close until 9pm. I ordered one Italian Night Club toasted, waited for the order to be completed, and only then was told they had already turned the oven off for the night so my sandwich couldn’t be toasted. Love my Jimmy John's. Best sub around.
I placed an order on my app however I was disappointed that my sandwich was pretty flat did not have much on it. I also asked for extra pickles and I barely had any pickles on my sandwich. I also asked for no onions and they put onions on it. I normally love Jimmy John's but today was not their best.
