Ordered online and picked up with ease
I have ordered many times from Jimmy John's, it is one of my favorite places for lunch while at work. I work on a hospital where it is difficult to leave the floor that I work on, so I put specific instructions on my order. This is the second time that I have ordered from this store and they have left my food somewhere that was not at all what I asked for. Ordered delivery from here. I scheduled my delivery and they brought it whenever they felt like it. The sandwich was badly burnt and there was almost no turkey on it. The bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. Maybe the worst sandwich I have ever ordered and I cannot find where to leave feedback on their website. Don't order their food.
