I LOVE THIS JJs. Jimmy John's has changed a lot over the years, but one thing that has persisted is the quality. You just don't find a satisfying sub the way you do and you're all sat down with a Jimmy John's gargantuan. There's nothing better in life. I recently had a bit of a debacle with my order, it showed delivered but it hadn't actually left the store yet. Zalim was there for me in tracking down the sandwich, and helping me feel at peace with the slight delivery delay.
Ordered online there was 1 worker so things were slow but he was super sweet and nice the whole time, the sandwichs are huge
I ordered my food over a hour and a half ago online. I still haven’t received it and was told the driver was 10 minutes away. Why would anyone order a sandwich if it is going to take almost 2 hours for it to be delivered. I could have gone into a restaurant and sat down for this kind of wait. I understand man power shortage but it still shouldn’t take almost 2 hours. No wonder they have gotten rid of the freaky fast slogan.
My husband and I love this location, since there's been new management that started in January. Previous management was a rude lady who needed to brush up on customer service skills. I don't really have anything negative to say, other than they just don't cut the sandwiches in half when we've put it on the order, however, that could've been on me this time since I ordered a new sandwich.
