Just too much oil and vinegar roll was soaked by the time I ate it.
I called them a couple times and they either said to hold and didn’t respond after like 10 minutes or then would answer the phone and immediately hang up

Called in a catering order with only 3hrs lead time (24hrs notice is standard request). The staff finished the order in just a little over 3hrs…just in time to deliver to a hungry softball team. I appreciated the extra effort and professional approach. We need more employees like these at other restaurants.
