came in to order sandwitch and the Aura was bad. The look on employees faces was like they didnt want to be there. I told the guy that i had never been here before. it was like pulling teeth getting help with my order. so I thought i ordered an hot/toasted sandwitch and when he fixed it before heating I asked him, he said I didnt tell him I wanted it toasted. Sandwiches are GREAT! Love their food! Delivery guy was friendly.
Horrible Waited 45 minutes for food and were told they put our order behind others. Then when we got our order, nothing was marked. So each Sandwich had to be opened. No apologies only we have slot of orders to fill. Avoid this location
Ordered at 11:00 am from my work. Sandwhiches costing $30.00 to be delivered to a specific location with instructions to call phone number upon arrival. ! hour went by, we called and were told the delivery just left the building. Another hour and a half goes by and still no food. We called them again an got a long winded exscuse that they only have one driver, and they gave it to doordash and it must have been stolen. 14.29 for this sandwich same amount of meat as a regular sandwich just more bread totally not worth the price.. just order two regular sandwich same amount or save your money and buy a sandwich from somewhere else… rip me off once shame on you.. will not be back…

Love the friendly employees at the Parkville location! They work hard and are always smiling when I come through the drive thru, even if they're short-handed that day. The food is good and convenient!
The manager at this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He called to tell me his only driver was having car trouble and when I asked if I would receive my food, he hung up on me. I called back to tell him how rude he was, he asked if I wanted to say anything else before he hung up again and ask him to apologize for me not getting my order. Please get this person some customer service training. He needs to know we don't have to choose Jimmy John's and we can go anywhere for food. We are the r... read more
Ordered a country club 20 Minutes ago the country club what a disgusting sandwich that was never again will I order anything again yuck!!
