Online and DD orders ignored till you walk in. Store was empty when I got here, but somehow the 2 people that walked in AFTER me still got out of here before I did. I have a job to do too, but I can’t do that if you don’t do yours… writing this after waiting for TWENTY minutes and finally asking where the order was, only to get a “im gonna get it done right now”… insane
Every single person at this location has been so pleasant, so helpful and so friendly! I love coming here! They know my order when I come in and they are always so on top of it!
2 times in a row they messed up he simplest order for my daughter. She gets the plain slim 6 which is just cheese. They keep putting avocado on it. I called to complain about this, and the woman who answered said she made that sandwich and there is no avocado on it. I told her its in front of me with avocado and I'd be happy to prove it. She then said that I could come back in because she can not refund the whole order and can't refund part of an order.
