The food is always great at any jimmy John's but this specific location i have twice been displeased with the costumer service. First off today upon arrival the girl who made my sandwich was leaning against the wall with her hands down her pants and doesn't wash her hands before gloving up. Her customer service was trash she looked miserable which shouldn't be my problem leave whatever you got going on at the door. Worst experience ever eight employees nobody wanted to take my order at the computer. Got the order wrong. Forgot the bacon put cheese that I didn’t ask for and then they were upset with me. Refused to give me a refund for something I didn’t order. The manager hung up on me. I called back.
