Terrible customer service. The staff was too busy bickering with each other to pay attention to my order when I was placing it or even let me know it was sitting on the counter. When it was finish. When I asked about getting it bagged to go, I was dismissively told it’s "self serve" and to do it myself. For a place built on speed and efficiency, this location completely missed the mark. When I get home to check to see what I ordered my sub was wrong. Go figure..I won't be back

I placed an order for delivery at 1 o’clock by 2:30. I had not been delivered. I called back. The lady said they were using DoorDash for delivery and we’re having problems. She apologized and said out make a new hoagie and have it sent out right away I got it at 3:10 so it was two hours to get my hoagie. The lady apologized on the phone and also said the next time you order your hoagie will be on us. I said thank you. The hoagie was delivered. 4/5 - I get lunch from this location probably once every two weeks. The staff knows me, they're friendly and always do me a solid by getting my food ready in a timely manner. Nice job guys.

The Turkey Tom's had a promotion, and they still allowed to add on extras to make it a Beach Club. So I added the provolone, avacado spread, and cucumbers. My husband picked up the order. My husband says he showed the cashier his phone with the order number and all the extras and they told him they were making it. When he got home the sandwich was just a Turkey Tom with Pickles. I was robbed the $2.30 i paid for the extras... At least I can eat it, but this is unacceptable.

I placed an order through Uber Eats for nearly $90 worth of food, and the experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. Out of six sandwiches, only two were made correctly. The rest were either wrong or completely inedible, one of them appeared to be someone else’s order entirely. On top of that, not a single sandwich was cut, making them even more inconvenient to deal with while we were at a softball game. Most of the food went to waste.
