When you have 4 people standing behind the counter listening to an order and have a prompter still manage to get your order wing imagine that having an establishment who can't get an order right while having actual human contact and not doordash this place is a joke my receipt tent says no sauce or vinegar do better ya clowns
Y’all crack me up. You all defend packets of MAYO like it comes out of your CHECKS. Take the extra mayo option off if you guys are going to 1) ignore it and 2) get an attitude anytime anyone asks you for some. Some of the girls behind that counter have the nastiest attitudes and it’s embarrassing This is now the last 4 times I’ve got sandwich’s and you lovely girls get all twisted up because you’re asked to complete the order correctly. $9+ on a sandwich and you’re tripping over a few packets. Its ridiculous.
This is THE VERY BEST Jimmy John's location! Tonight we were lucky enough to be helped by both Page and Rei. Both of them bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service, fixing a couple minor problems that weren't even their fault. It was clear that our satisfaction was genuinely important to both of them. What great assets to any company they would be!
