In a very competitive market, Jimmy John's stands out as the best of the best
I've ordered from here multiple times. It's taken over an hour to get my food delivered multiple times. 1.5 hours once. Never given an explanation or apology or offered a discount. They charge a flat $4.00 delivery fee for going less than a mile. Today took 50 minutes and here is a pic of my "veggie sub". Yep. That's two tiny tomato slices, and 1 and 1/4 cucumber slice. My door dash order was a hunters club and it showed up with no meat just cheese and veggies. I am editing this review to say this is one of my favorite restaurants…. I was having a really bad day and was really looking forward to this sandwich. The manager didn’t hesitate to make it right. Way to go Jimmy John’s! 🧡 This is why you will always be in my heart.
