The employees are always very friendly and great customer service. Fast service. Good price. It's been years since I've had an authentic sub sandwich.. not since I worked at a sub/pizza joint as a teenager in Phoenix Az. My daughter brought one home one night from the Tualatin location and I was floored how good it was. Had one again from there tonight... same thing. Our first sandwiches 2 weeks ago were great. The ones we got today had stale bread, crunchy on the end. Also, the prices are higher than those on the National web-site ($4.50) verses $5.25.
