Hire me as a manager here and I'll handle your locations lack of customer service in two minutes. I walked in, no one greeted me. Walk up to the register, no "hi!" So i look to my left and a worker is eating and she gets up from her chair and doesn't say a word. I say "hi" again no response, i should've just walked out. Not one hello, or thank you. Bizarre. I wouldn't let people get away with s*** like that.
I love JJ but the quality at this location is poor. Last time we were here we came home with a sandwich and it didn't have any meat on it. This time we specifically asked and paid for cheese to be added to a turkey tom and we got home and we had a Sandwich with no cheese.
Completely butchered an online order for less than 10 people. Multiple people didn't even get their food. Pathetic
