One of my favorite JJs to go to. They’ll take good care of you there (especially Maddox!)
There were several workers present and standing around, but still managed to get my order wrong. I don't like that you can't see the toppings. Maybe I should stick to Subway!
Super rude - very off putting
Delivery person was nice and that’s the only good thing I can say. I got my order almost an hour after I ordered. When I called 30 minutes after ordering I was told “he’s leaving right now” and the person on the phone didn’t even ask for the name on the order. That’s the second time that’s happened when calling to check the status of an order, so I feel like they just say it to get you off the phone and don’t actually check on your order.
