The most terrible Jimmy John's experience I have ever had and I eat JJ regularly. Ordered one day for lunch at work and it took over 20 minutes to be delivered- for just one sandwich and nothing else. The person didn't know where the building was, and offered to give me half off on my order because it took so long. I was happy, and tipped the driver a dollar.
