First time having jimmy johns!! Baby it was too good. The girl that helped me was patient and helpful. I got the regular Italian the way it comes, toasted. With a little chippy chip! She made my day, it was good!
Never received my food and restaurant does not take calls. Phone just rang and finally got a message that states their mailbox is not set up. We're from out of town and have a child in the local hospital so not knowing the area and wanting to stay close we chose delivery from the restaurant. They sure didn't have a problem charging the card though. Which I will be disputing.
The manager Tim is the most helpful and kind manager I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to help me with a catering order I placed (I messed up the date and time and he took it upon himself to help me fix it). Very rare you see service like this these days. 10/10 for Tim and this Jimmy Johns’s.
