The manager Tim is the most helpful and kind manager I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to help me with a catering order I placed (I messed up the date and time and he took it upon himself to help me fix it). Very rare you see service like this these days. 10/10 for Tim and this Jimmy Johns’s.
Placed order online for pickup upon entering restaurant i notice 90 percent of the tables were dirty went to pick up order as I was making my fountain drink the machine was out of ice and 3 of the drink selections were also out I sat down after cleaning the table myself to discover I was given a wrap instead of the sandwich I ordered i took it up to let them know the guy acted like I was a troubling him because he has to take his ear buds out to hear what I was saying another worker who I believe was the manager took the wra... read more
The sandwiches are good and they make em fast. Great spot if you're on the go. If you're not putting salt and vinegar chips on your sandwich, what are you even doing?
Incredibly slow. Every time I order online from here I have to sit around and wait in store for my sandwich.
