I love you guys thank you always. Extremely professional, quick and kind staff. Usual order is correct Everytime. The drive thru is a real treat too. I hope more like this become more common.
I've been coming to the Jimmy John's in Huntersville at Birkdale Crossings for many years. The staff, particularly, Andrew, Nick and Charlie, are 100% customer focused, friendly and engaging. They never fail to meet my expectations and make my sandwich the way I want it. I would highly recommend this location to anyone desiring great food, great service and a friendly atmosphere!
GIRLS in front are unprofessional, food was not up to par very sloppy, didn’t get a chance to say my customer order. Not Happy. 1/18/25
