Terrible customer service. Yesterday noon, after placing my order, I handed the cashier a $50 bill and was immediately told they don’t accept $50 or $100 bills “to prevent fraud.” No sign anywhere mentioned this policy. The attitude was even worse—rude facial expressions and one employee telling me, “We can refuse service to anyone because that’s what the owner said.” Absolutely unacceptable. Always a good sandwich
Rude staff, came in to pick up an order I placed online which said it was ready for pickup. Cashier instead of making the sub during my turn in line, she went on to put me aside and help 4 customers that came in after me, making their sandwiches and saying she didn’t have time to make mine until she was done with everyone coming in.
Worst costomer service ever. I felted like they were racist with Hispanic and black people., not sure but it looked like, I hope not. On Friday 6 of august between 2pm and 3pm we when to order 2 sandwiches 🥪 that was nasty made. Specially the person who charged us a white man, young chubby treat us like if we were criminals etc... then we ask for the supervisor or manager and she was Worst. We told them for a hot bread sandwich and they gave us a cold sandwich. We ask to them nicely if they could could put them in the toast... read more
Customer service was Amazing. Mark was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh. I will definitely be back again.
