This restaurant sucks. Every time I have ordered here, (I have tried to be fair and give them multiple shots) they do not understand any thing other than large amounts of mayo on whatever you buy even when you specifically ask for NO MAYO. Just saying, these prices are ways too high to be charging for something to be on my sandwich or wrap that i specifically say do not put on my food. It’s a waste of money. Do not go here unless you love large amounts of mayo. I always loved Jimmy John’s but I don’t anymore thanks to them.
Just being upfront, I've never been a fan of Jimmy John's. A lot of bread and mayo with a little veggies and the smallest portions of meat. My wife is a fan. So we go infrequently to different Jimmy John's all with similar poor quality sub sandwiches since 2011. Well today set a new low. Even my wife, a fan of Jimmy John's, said she is done with the franchise as a whole. Good service fast
They can't make a sandwich right to save their lives. Every single time I have ordered delivery or ordered in store there is at least half the sandwiches that are not made the way asked. I understand the occasional mishap, but after 10 visits since they opened, this is horrible. Get the right staff or close.
