I’ll say this, Jimmy John’s used to be freakishly fast, now it’s just annoyingly slow. The people are cool but I think JJ is just a cooler subway now.
Toasted is NOT worth the wait! Walked in a little after 11:30a today (before the lunch rush), ordered by 11:40. Total order was 2 toasted sandwiches with chips and drink combo. Then the rush started coming in. While we waited there were people that ordered after us that got their order and left. And no, I don't mean the people that ordered online to go either. Came in at 7:40 food was to be ready at 7:45 to 8pm. Cool domt mind waiting and told me they ran out of bread and the wait was 15 mins. Ok cool dont mind waiting. What i didnt like is they didnt communicate they didnt have wheat bread and just gave me regular bread and didnt communicate that just gave me the sandwich like that. Always a favorite. Fast and fresh
The sandwich was good itself but the staff at this particular location was not. I was in line for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and when I was, the employer had an attitude. I ordered a simple sandwich which took about 15 minutes or so, longest ive ever waited for a quick easy order. Upon receiving it, they just put my sandwich on the pick up area, no bag or anything (I ordered a combo) all the order were in bags except mine.
