I used to love JJ's... kind of still do, but its getting harder and harder to enjoy it with recent experiences. So here is what happened yesterday... Ordered #9 Italian Night Club with NO ONIONS, chips and an unsweet tea, and a #2 Big John. i get to the window to pay my $21.66 bill, and of course have to sign the ticket prompting for a tip. Went there on 7/6 at 11am. The door was locked. A staff member looked at us so we waited a few minutes to see if they would unlock the door. They didn't. Went down the street to jersey Mike's instead.
Can’t say much considering I can’t place an online order. This is the 5th time iv tried ordering from the website and it won’t take any of my cards every single time. Fix ur website already it’s been months of this issue
When I tell you there’s ONLY ONE slice of BEEF on this sandwich!!!! Look at this bs I spent $17 bucks on a damn salad In between two pieces of bread. 😒don’t waste your money here.
