Whoever was working the front counter on 6/14/25 at 8:02 pm needs a serious lesson on customer service. Not only didn't give me the time of day but also was mocking the customer in front of me. Not acceptable
If you’re looking to get great sandwiches and good service this is the place.
While the food was good, the fact that the cashier thought it appropriate to make fun of me to her coworkers was not. It was my first time ever having Jimmy John's, and I won't be coming back because if this is a training store, it means they will all treat me like this.

So the worker that prepared the sandwiches (blond hair guy) was screaming at me because I asked to get sandwich with no vegetables, so the guy was upset and stomped the sandwich on to the garbage. Then he didn’t want to give me a sandwich, he asked the supervisor if I can get a sandwich after he threw it in the garbage. If you want to have good customer service, please fire that guy. Noah I would give 100, he is nice and compassionate. Maybe the blonde hair guy can be a janitor, in a good way he will clean the toilets.
