While the sandwiches are delicious I wish there was a more obvious “our chips are made with peanut oil” in the bag. I am allergic to nuts and since it’s not a common thing in potato chips I wasn’t worried about it. Well their chips are made with peanut oil. My fault for not checking? Absolutely Could it be better advertised and made apparent? Also yes.
Had ordered on multiple occasions with no issues. Today. I ordered, app notified sandwich was on its way. 45 minutes later, still nothing. I called. They confirmed my order, apologized, and advised another would be right out. 40 minutes later, still nothing.
Alex Johnny the blonde haired guy I believe and I think Chris was his name he has black short hair and Alex is a shorter guy clean shaved, all of them did exceptional service and super nice and prepared my food for my kids and I and was ready when I got there within minutes from ordering pickup on the phone with Alex! That’s outstanding to me being I had just hung up the phone and went less than 4 miles to travel and it was fresh and ready ! You guys rock !! 🤘 with Love, Marshall Addams and The Addams Family
Don't ask for your sandwich toasted because they will tell you no. Something magical beyond this world stops their hands from putting in the toaster.
