Good sandwich. Guy at the counter was the least friendly person that I’ve met in quite a while. Customer service is clearly not his thing. I could have used a couple of napkins; kept behind counter and not offered. 05/20/26, around 3pm.
If we could give this location zero stars, we absolutely would. We were going on a hike today and stopped at Jimmy’s to get 3 Club Lulu unwiches/lettuce wraps with double Turkey, all veggies, extra mustard and no cheese nor mayo because of dietary restrictions. Instead of getting the food we ordered, we got whatever standard Club Lulu unwiches that had mayo, cheese, NO veggies, NO double Turkey, and absolutely no mustard. The staff was unfriendly like they didn't want to be there.The sandwich was good not really good.I had to ask for a bag,and napkins.I will not be ordering from that JJ's again!
I just went to this location and spoke with the manager. I asked why the delivery drivers was parked in the handicapped spot right in front of the store. He said she was handicapped lmao. The delivery drivers is handicapped delivering your Jimmy John’s sandwiches. No shes not and she shouldn’t be parked in customer handicapped parking. Sad store and pathetic manager. Go to a different location.
