Do not order from here or DARE to call them and ask for clarification why your order was not correct or they will get an attitude with you and snap they’re closed and hang up on you. Save your 30 something bucks plus tip because they have no decorum or ability or desire to do their job. There will be no communication about items that are sold out for the night or when your food has arrived so it can sit out in the heat while you have I idea it has arrived.

Exceptional Staff and service!
Stephanie & Wigwam location....Horrible Horrible customer service. I've been going to this location for 10 years. Love the food and the staff, until today. We always try to make easy ordering online etc. We usually pick up order due to they are short staff for deliveries. We had order delivered this time no issues, until the person delivering our food said it was delivered. No food, no one arrived....NOTHING. I eat in Jimmy Johns at least 3 times a week for the past 10 yrs. I recently went to the one on Stephanie St. In Henderson and ordered the regular size special they were running for 8.95 including drink and one side. When I got home I open the sandwich and I had one thin cut piece of meat cut in half and folded in half and it barley covered the bun. Along with one smaller than normal piece of cheese.
