Jimmy John’s is a great grab and go sandwich shop, just not at this location. A male employee (not wearing a name tag) stood and talked to the female staff member making my sandwich so loud, barely took a breath and the topic was inappropriate. She couldn’t concentrate, obviously trying not to pay attention to him. I asked him to please stop talking so she could concentrate and I can get my order. My order was given to an “Uber driver” on a bicycle and never showed up, and was offered no solution to missing food.
I had a very disappointing experience at Jimmy John’s recently due to the incredibly rude service from an employee named Dallen. From the moment I approached the counter, he seemed annoyed that I was even there. Every time I asked a simple question about the menu, he would roll his eyes or shake his head, making me feel like a burden rather than a customer.
