TERRIBLE!!! Been here 3x. Each time they got it wrong. So when I spoke w Sophie who said she was the mgr, she agreed to fix it and replace the sandwich with the correct order and as gratitude for being a loyal customer Sophie agreed to comp my wife a sandwich for the inconvenience of having to go back and get it correct for the 3rd time mind you. Hit or miss. Had to post this because this is unacceptable. $10 sandwich $1 value. As you can see not even close to the advertisement. I get the presentation may not always be there but there is barely any chicken... Barely. I'm probably not coming back to this location. I don't know if I'd pay $1 for this.
I used to order delivery a couple times per week until the Jimmy John's app started sending the store the incorrect sandwich. The app would charge me for add-ons but wasn't getting sent to store correctly. After talking with the extremely rude & unhelpful "manager" SARA,, I decided her rudeness should be addressed with their corporate office in Illinois. I'm sure Sara has other jobs lined out. Did you take my last review down? I wouldn't rush back. I ordered the #2 with cheddar cheese and it had a whopping 2 slices of roast beef. That's obnoxious for your prices. The young lady taking care of online orders and the young man taking our order were amazing.
