Put in an online order for a party box a day in advance for pick up for a specific time. Once i arrive they say they did have my order. I had to show them the order number and wait 20 minutes past my pickup time which made me late for the party i was hosting. Do better

The bread and appetizers were excellent.
Just called this place and spoke to the manager. He was extremely rude and told me because I didn’t call last night. There was nothing they could do about my order. The bread was burnt and the roast beef was extremely overcooked and looked old. The bread was so hard that you could not even take a bite into staff and management are very rude and told me that I should That important to call for a $40 order I will never be going back here again That have left reviews. I guess I’m not the only one.
