I try to give places more than one opportunity before leaving poor reviews. This is now the second time in about 6 months I’ve experienced the same level of service with no improvements. I waited about 20 minutes after placing my order at the box, no movement, no sign of the situation improving. I ran out of time and had to exit the line before receiving my food. My meal came with a pickle and HAIR!!!! Also, I asked for extra mayo and oil and vinegar on my sandwich and it’s barely anything on here !!! Terrible!
So kind and thoughtful! I had trouble with my order and some nice young man helped me figure out what to do! The place was clean as well, perfect experience
Ezyah flipped me off while taking my order and made me repeat myself like 5 times on purpose. I heard the manager tell him "he knows better" than to make that man repeat himself. He's not a child. As a former food service worker myself, I would've gotten fired for that kind of behavior in any of the places I've worked. That's not customer service, that's being a jerk. Steer clear of places that enable their employees to abuse their customers.
