So kind and thoughtful! I had trouble with my order and some nice young man helped me figure out what to do! The place was clean as well, perfect experience
Ezyah flipped me off while taking my order and made me repeat myself like 5 times on purpose. I heard the manager tell him "he knows better" than to make that man repeat himself. He's not a child. As a former food service worker myself, I would've gotten fired for that kind of behavior in any of the places I've worked. That's not customer service, that's being a jerk. Steer clear of places that enable their employees to abuse their customers.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This Jimmy John’s location should be closed. We ordered 2 sandwiches, neither of which did they let us customize, they charged us EXTRA for cheese on a sandwhich that comes with cheese, they didn’t slice the meat in front of us (as Jimmy John’s usually do.) On top of that, the bread was completely different than normal Jimmy John’s bread, they didn’t let us choose our bread, and there was only one slice of meat. After spending 18 minutes waiting for 1 sandwich, when I was the only person in the shop, it was wrong. Will not be back. Date of order: June 17, 2025 @8:20pm.
