We placed an order for our office staff today for delivery. Our order was sent to a third party (Uber Eats) and after 45 minutes of waiting it was not even picked up from the store yet because there were no drivers available! The manager had to cancel my order and redo it and then we had to go pick it up. I was not given the free subs that were offered over the phone or even an apology once we picked up the order.
