My disabled mom ordered a sandwich and did not inform me that she did. I got a text message stating someone was at the gate and need me to open it. I opened it. The message was read by the driver. I texted him And said I wasn’t expecting anybody. later, I realized that it was my mom’s sandwich. Messaged him and said hey you could’ve told me that the sandwich was here. Seems to be a frequent issue. Asked for no tomato on a sandwich, within moments of that request they still put tomato’s on my sandwich. I asked for a gyro which was on the website. They said they don’t have those anymore. I asked which other wraps they had, they listed a few ending in a chicken bacon wrap. I said “I would like the chicken bacon wrap” they then said “we don’t have that as a wrap” ????? YOU JUST SAID IT WAS ONE????
10/10 had a special request that was filled. gentlemen with the glasses is top notch. Customer service was spectacular. Service, prime. Great crew today.
The two gentlemen working there helped me out a lot . I was having issues with stuff and they where patient with me and that goes a long way. Plus they made that sandwich lava Yum yum. Shout out to Jimmy..
