Seems to be a frequent issue. Asked for no tomato on a sandwich, within moments of that request they still put tomato’s on my sandwich. I asked for a gyro which was on the website. They said they don’t have those anymore. I asked which other wraps they had, they listed a few ending in a chicken bacon wrap. I said “I would like the chicken bacon wrap” they then said “we don’t have that as a wrap” ????? YOU JUST SAID IT WAS ONE????
10/10 had a special request that was filled. gentlemen with the glasses is top notch. Customer service was spectacular. Service, prime. Great crew today.
The two gentlemen working there helped me out a lot . I was having issues with stuff and they where patient with me and that goes a long way. Plus they made that sandwich lava Yum yum. Shout out to Jimmy..
Worst communication I ever had with another human. Screwed up my sandwich 15 SECONDS after I said "please ZERO tomato". I'm positive you need to drug test this location.
Definitely NOT "Freaky Fast" Whatever happened to "Freaky Fast"? I just waited over 10 minutes for a sandwich while three employees stood around doing absolutely anything other than making customer orders. It wasn’t busy, they just couldn’t be bothered to move with any sense of urgency. The only saving grace was that when I got fed up, they canceled the order and refunded my money promptly. If you're going to base your entire brand on speed, you might want to make sure your staff isn't actively moving in slow motion.
