Our company frequently orders from this Jimmy John's location due to its proximity to our office. Unfortunately, my team recently encountered a poor experience. Not all items from our order arrived, and when we politely called to address the issue, both employees we spoke with—including the manager—were unwilling to deliver the missing food. Ordered a tuna sandwich. Forgot the tuna. Bread with lettuce and mayo sandwich. Gee thanks.
They use Uber Eats as a third party vendor then when the driver marks the food delivered but it clearly isn't...they refuse to pick up the phone multiple times. 0/10 experience, I can't wait for the chargeback.
