I went through the drive through and a girl just said the name Jimmy Johns. No other greeting, just the name of the establishment. Not sure whose idea that was but its neither 'cool' nor good customer service. She didnt say how could I help you, or anything, she rudely said I can take your order. To which I asked is that really how you greet people? I then proceeded to explain that it was not very good customer service.
