This is BY FAR the best Jimmy John’s location around. They are fast and friendly. I come by almost daily for that turkey Thomas 😂
Who ever the older African American guy is in the drive thru is very very rude! I went through to order a couple of sandwiches and right away he started talking with an attitude basically screaming at me thru the speaker! My older daughter was so shocked by his attitude and says mom just drive off and go somewhere else. Seems like he doesn't like his job at all or just plain rushing people to get through the driver thru and just rude! Incredible experience at this location! DJ and the entire staff are all stars in customer service! Quick, and friendly service. Plus the music selection was 🔥. Highly recommend!
Very poor customer service. Sign says they close at 9:00 but actually they close the doors and lock them about a quarter till or 20 till the hour. For the sake of your customers be honest about your actual store hours
