Ordered ahead at 8 PM on a Sunday and came in to an empty store with no food 20 minutes later. No employees anywhere. Could hear them talking in the back for 5 minutes before they came to take our order. We said we had an online order and they looked, saw the ticket and started making it then. Jimmy John’s franchise owner, consider paying your employees a better wage so that you can retain better employees that are better able to serve your customers. Disappointing experience all around.
Placed an order online was told order would be delivered 2days from when I placed it so decided to go in the store and placed an order customized my order after receiving the order with the receipt. Receipt stated something totally different than what I ordered ask the man who took my order he assured me that it was correct but it was not just asked for a refund no apology or even what was the problem... worst experience ever
