I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I had such a poor experience here that I thought was worth sharing as a Restaurant manager. I went to this Jimmy John’s at 9:30PM. The front door was locked, I didn't know the lobby closed 30 mins before store close. A man inside just waved his hand like “go around.” I’ve never been to this location before, so I walked around the building but couldn’t find another door—so I checked if they had a drive-thru. Consistently the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. I sat in the drive-thru for at least 15 minutes for a mobile order I put in 10 minutes ahead of time.
