I love this jimmy johns, the atmosphere is great the workers are all excellent at their job, but today today it was hot. As good as they work they shouldn’t have to work without any AC.
First time at this location and somewhat disappointed with the sandwich. The roll was stale and old almost crunchy, the ingredients inside the sandwich were tasty so that’s good. For 23.00 dollars I would expect a fresh roll.
The service is bad at this store, this is the 2nd time I have issues, last week I went and they didn't have any bread and I waited for 20 minutes for the bread, and meanwhile I was going to have a drink and the fountain machine had an issue so no fountain drink, and also the AC was bad it was a bit hot and at the end when I got my sandwiches, the bread was soggy, and today I went and their was only 1 guy getting a big order ready and people were waiting to order, he said it was going to be a while to order because he was fin... read more
