I asked for kickin ranch in my sandwich on a pickup order. When I got there, I noticed a side of kickin ranch in the bag. I asked if the sandwiches had kickin ranch and if this was just an extra side or what? She said the side of kickin ranch was an accident. Took it and assured me there’s kickin ranch in the sandwich. When I got home and started eating, there’s no kickin ranch in my sandwich. That’s the whole reason I eat here. The kickin ranch is my favorite. Very disappointed with this location!
if I would have had to do any more to my sandwich I would have just made it myself, had to go back and ask for something as simple as cheese, napkins and mayo, yep they handed me meat and bread. I guess this is the place you would stand there and watch him make me remind him what to put in a sandwich.
Terrible service. Placed order to pick up by 1pm , over a hr wait since it was “packed“ with orders. Yet staff was standing around when I arrived at my pick up time. Get staff that’s capable of making a sandwich under a hr or don’t if you want to pay staff to stand around. Would give negative stars. Terrible first time there.
