I asked for a chicken sandwich, but they made me one with bacon and pork—even though I am Muslim. I really should have chosen Subway instead. And while we were eating, the staff was making a lot of noise.
Today, I was greeted by Timothy (thats the name on my receipt). I can't express how much kindness he showed me and the customer before me. I hope he knows what a blessing he was to me tonight. The food is great! I will be a loyal customer. Thank you Timothy!
Placed an online order and picked it up. When I got home the sandwich was incorrect I called and immediately placed on 10 minute hold before anything could be explained and I was not going to drive back after I got home 2 towns away was pretty much offered no resolution and the team member I spoke to was rude
