I was greeted by a guy with glasses who seemed genuinely disappointed that he worked here. No “welcome to Jimmy John’s”. Just a negative tone of “are you ordering?”. I haven’t been to a JJ in over 10 years and I won’t be going back. The guy was very frustrated that I didnt know the sizes of the sandwich’s. “Do you want a big one or a little one!”. Guy shouldn’t be working with customers or in the service industry. If he had been nice I would have tipped.
Super fast and delicious
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this location. I understand that fast food and retail can be tough environments, and I don’t expect perfection—but this visit felt especially frustrating. We were spoken to rather rudely at the drive-thru window, with an employee claiming we repeatedly said we were done ordering, when in fact we only said it once.
