I came in after making an online order. I was nice and polite and said please and thank you. They told me they’d let me know when it was done! How kind. Except they actually just didn’t say anything at all and put my order behind the counter where it sat until I noticed it myself, grabbed it, and left. Waited over 10 minutes unnecessarily. I don’t understand why you couldn’t have just been a normal person and told me my food was ready. I 100% feel that they were being mean to me on purpose. Just rude and uncalled for.
Bad service. Driving through from out of state, we love Jimmy John’s but this location has terrible Customer service.
I went here thinking the food was still good . Def not . The sandwhich was too burnt and toasty, and I could barely eat it . Def wasted money on a 15.00 meal. I won't be going back .
I’ve probably ordered sandwiches from here 100+ times and I think they have only messed up my order once and they immediately apologized and fixed it
Great sandwiches, even better service! For sure the best place to get a sandwich in Fruita!
