They delivered me a sandwich that costs me $35 and once I opened it there was hair on the sandwich and the bread was very old. The guy I spoke with didn't even know his complaint line number. They told me they couldn't refund me my money. I am irate that they are able to do this and I would not advise anyone ever go to this location. They had horrible customer service and the manager wouldn't even get on the phone to discuss the problem
I am getting so sick of asking for my sandwich cut and they never do it. Why have that option if they can't accommodate!

My food was prepared by a sweet girl there named Nikole. Very good employee and sweet. Thank you Nikole for making my visit enjoyable.
placed a delivery order at 1:29pm, said it was out for delivery by 1:41pm, i live maybe 10 minutes away from the store, half an hour goes by, nothing.. called the store, even offered to just come get it, because i understand places can get busy. the woman on the phone goes “im just going to tell you we are very busy today, and for some reason everyone wants delivery, its on the way, our driver is just having to take up to five orders at a time” i totally understand places getting busy, but maybe that may not be the ideal sol... read more
