Everything is quick but the place seems a little dirty and small.
Good food made fresh
I placed an order early in the morning for three party boxes with a scheduled pickup time of 2:00 PM. Just five minutes before my pickup time, I received a call informing me that they didn’t have enough bread to complete my order. This is completely unacceptable. If their inventory was insufficient, I should have been notified much earlier in the day. Extremely poor customer service.
Ordered delivery and over an hour and a half later I had to call for an update because the app still said “order received”. The person on the phone told me, “at first we didn’t have a driver but then nobody wanted to take it over”. I wouldn’t have received any kind of update if I hadn’t called? I just wanted a sandwich for lunch on my break and if no one is going to deliver it I’d at least like an online option to cancel my order so I can get a refund?
