FREAKY SLOW
There is a reason why this Jimmy John’s rating is so much lower than the others. Went there twice over two months to pick up an online order. Both times I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get the order. What’s the point of ordering ahead if that’s the result? I’m not alone as well. When you go in, you are met by a group of people all dealing with the same issue. All while the staff does not acknowledge your existence. Literally they deliberately don’t make eye contact. Not going again.
Order was charged 3 times. I've contaced CS through email 2 times, called the CS line twice. Got a voicemail from someone connected to the franchise and I've reached out 3 times to them with no return phone call. I unfortunately will not be returning back.
