The worst Jimmy John’s in DFW. I work with an organization that often provides lunch for teachers. I do this on a weekly basis. And this location is just absolute garbage. It starts the minute they answer the phone. They are rude. I told them I was placing the order for the school and will bring my tax exempt form. Upon arrival I offered one of the workers the tax exempt form and they refused the form and informed me that the taxes have already been removed and there was no need for the form. I called regarding my order being incorrect after already being treated rudely by the girl with pink hair doin to gos .. then I call and she hangs up and blocks me because I asked to speak with a manager I wasn’t even goin to write this but I have never been treated so poorly .. we never go back to Jimmy John’s and we always order for our office this is sad and very unprofessional !

Joquanna was working as cashier 3/6/25. Our receipt was thrown away because we were not told to keep it to have a number. When we asked for a new print of it, she had attitude and shaking her head as if it was a big inconvenience. Customer service here needs correction.
